About the Company<\/h2>

Shahrekord Yarn & Textile Industries<\/strong> is the first and only manufacturer of black Chador fabrics in the country. With investment from the Foundation of the Oppressed of the Islamic Revolution, the company has successfully established itself as a leading knowledge-based enterprise in the domestic market and has secured its position as the country’s largest supplier and market leader in premium Hijab products, with an annual production capacity of 16 million square meters<\/strong>.<\/p>

In addition to a wide range of plain, colored, printed, and patterned black Chador fabrics<\/strong>, the company’s product portfolio includes a variety of women’s apparel textiles, particularly clothing and manteau fabrics, shawls and scarves, Maghnaeh fabrics, shirting fabrics, and worsted fabrics<\/strong>.<\/p>

Since 2023<\/strong>, the production capabilities of the company’s three independent factories in Shahrekord and Najafabad, Isfahan<\/strong>, have been gradually consolidated at the company’s central factory, located 7 km along the Khuzestan Road<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Company History<\/h2>

        Shahrekord Yarn & Textile Industries Company (Private Joint Stock Company)<\/strong> was established in 1990<\/strong> by the Foundation of the Oppressed of the Islamic Revolution with the aim of manufacturing various types of black Chador fabrics. The company commenced operations in 1997<\/strong>, with an annual production capacity of 6 million meters of various types of greige fabrics<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Initially, the company focused on producing greige fabrics using its weaving lines. In February 2004<\/strong>, through the acquisition of Laleh Naghsh Factory<\/strong> (Factory No. 2 of Hijab Company, located in Shahrekord Industrial Estate), the company expanded its value chain by adding fabric finishing, printing, and dyeing capabilities<\/strong>, with an annual capacity of 4.5 million square meters<\/strong>.<\/p>

        In January 2016<\/strong>, with the addition of Mihan Baf Company<\/strong> (Factory No. 3 of Hijab Company in Najafabad, Isfahan), the product portfolio of the Shahrekord Hijab Textile factory complex was expanded to include various types of worsted and semi-worsted fabrics<\/strong>, with an annual production capacity of 900,000 meters<\/strong>.<\/p>

        With the launch of the black Chador fabric production line in 2016<\/strong>, with an annual production capacity of 10 million square meters<\/strong>, Shahrekord Yarn & Textile Industries joined the ranks of knowledge-based companies in Iran’s textile industry<\/strong>. The production of this strategically important cultural and economic product, along with reducing the country’s dependence on imports, became a key priority for the company.<\/p>

        Since then, localization of the value chain<\/strong> to maximize domestic production capacity and create employment, continuous improvement in the quality and diversity of products, and a cultural rather than purely economic approach to modesty and Hijab<\/strong>, while maintaining a strong focus on value creation and effective production standards, have remained among the company’s core values and fundamental principles.<\/p>

        In 2022<\/strong>, following the approval and formal directive of the company’s esteemed shareholder, the project to increase black Chador fabric production capacity from 10 million to 26 million square meters<\/strong> was initiated. In December 2023<\/strong>, the first phase of the capacity expansion project was inaugurated, increasing annual production capacity to 16 million square meters<\/strong> and representing a major step toward achieving self-sufficiency in the production of this strategic product.<\/p>

        Furthermore, with increased investment in Factory No. 1 (the company’s main production unit)<\/strong> and in response to shareholder expectations, the company has placed a strong emphasis since the beginning of 2023<\/strong> on improving productivity and strengthening the capabilities and competitive advantages resulting from the consolidation of its production operations.<\/p>

        As part of this strategy, the transfer of the worsted fabric production line from Mihan Baf Factory in Najafabad, Isfahan, to the main unit in Shahrekord<\/strong>, as well as the relocation and conversion of machinery and equipment from Factory No. 2 at Shahrekord Industrial Estate<\/strong>, began in 2024<\/strong>, following the completion of the necessary preparations.<\/p>

        Today, with significant progress in the second phase of the company’s development project<\/strong> and the planned increase in production capacity to 26 million square meters<\/strong>, the company’s key development priorities include:<\/p>
